K. J. Felsko apartment building on Blaumaņa iela

An apartment building completed in 1903 to a design by the architect Karl Johann Felsko. Its facades face Blaumaņa, Kr. Barona and Pērses streets.

The facades are ornamental, decorative Art Nouveau: this is the most richly decorated of Felsko's works.

At the foot of the house, on the Kr. Barona side, there is a small square.
