Miers

Miers is Latvia's first social (community) sauna, founded by Anželika Pusnakova and Casper Guldager. It sits in Andrejsala next to the restaurant Koya. Sessions are 75-minute guided rituals for up to 40 guests, combining sauna, cold plunge and rest. The sauna is mixed-gender, swimsuits on and a sober space; there are separate changing rooms, three cold plunges and outdoor showers. Booking is by session or pass.
