Miers is Latvia's first social sauna club on the Andrejsala waterfront, reinterpreting the Latvian sauna tradition for modern city life. Each 75-minute guided ritual leads up to 40 guests through a carefully timed sequence of sauna, cold plunge and rest. Three rituals — Calm, Flow and High — differ in mood, music and aromatherapy.
