Uzvaras parks (Victory Park)

<p>Crocuses appeared in Riga's Uzvaras parks in 2012, and the first winter went badly for them: most of the bulbs died.</p>
<p>In 2014 the crocuses came back, this time successfully - about a thousand bulbs were planted.</p>
<p>A post of 26 March 2022 reported that the first crocuses in the park were opening.</p>
