Staldzene bluff (Staldzenes stāvkrasts)

<p>Staldzenes stāvkrasts, the Staldzene bluff, is the highest coastal bluff in Latvia.</p>
<p>For roughly 400 metres the face exposes sediments laid down at different stages in the development of the Baltic Sea. The bank is 4 to 8 metres high, though it used to reach 12 metres.</p>
<p>Tree snags washed up by the sea lie on the shore.</p>
