Mežaparks

<p>Mežaparks is a historic neighbourhood of Riga. It lies in the Northern District, on the shore of Lake Ķīšezers. It takes its name from the forest park that lies here.</p><p>The historic name of the place is Ķeizarmežs, in German Kaiserwald - the Tsar's Forest.
