Art Museum Riga Bourse (Mākslas muzejs Rīgas Birža)

<p>The Bourse building on Doma laukums reopened after restoration in 2011. The collection of the former Museum of Foreign Art is housed here, and the Art Museum Riga Bourse itself opened its doors to visitors in that same year, 2011.</p>
<p>The museum is in the historic centre of Riga. Here you can see the link between East and West, and the dialogue between the classical and the contemporary.</p>
<p>Riga Bourse holds exhibitions of foreign art, and besides those it has three permanent displays: the Western Gallery, the Picture Gallery and the Silver Cabinet.</p>
<p>An Egyptian mummy lives on the third floor; a certain sailor brought it to Riga in the early 20th century.</p>
