K. J. Felsko apartment building on Blaumaņa iela

<p>An apartment building completed in 1903 to a design by the architect Karl Johann Felsko. Its facades face Blaumaņa, Kr. Barona and Pērses streets.</p><p>The facades are ornamental, decorative Art Nouveau: this is the most richly decorated of Felsko's works.</p><p>At the foot of the house, on the Kr.
