Bastejkalns and Kronvalda parks

<p>On 16 December 2022 the largest Christmas light trail in Latvia opened on the stretch from the square by the National Opera to Bastejkalns and Kronvalda parks.</p>
<p>Nearly 700 light decorations and objects were set out there. They shone every day until 16 January, switching on at the same time as the city street lamps. The main object of the trail was an 11-metre Moon.</p>
<p>All of the above refers to the winter of 2022/2023.</p>
